Dean Carr, pictured left, was born in Warminster, he trained to be a chef at Salisbury college. During this time he was working at a local hotel, after leaving college he migrated to london to serve as an apprentice and a journeyman.
Whilst his main experiences have been mostly in restaurants. He achieved an ambition by taking a pub premises and making it a great country pub with the highest standards.

The Bath Arms was taken over in 2002, when the kitchen was rebuilt and the restaurant remodeled. The garden which was a wasteland has been rebuilt to be suitable for an enjoyable outside meal, the latest addition is the garden suite which is available to smaller parties catering for groups of around 20-24 people.
The Bath Arms is firstly and inter most a country pub where guests are greeted in a warm and friendly fashion.
The menu changes most days which reflects not only market availability of fresh produce but also the owners wish to make the choice exciting and fresh.
